Very nice country quite setting owners r very nice and friendly 2 good size public shower rooms. Very big dog trail area for pets to run around this place is about 9 miles to Cleburne 10 miles to Grandview the closest gas station is 5 miles away only bad thing about this place is there a really nothing for the kids to do there besides play ball or ride bikes there's no parks there yet but I think they will be putting one in but all in all me amd my family love it out here. There's plenty of RV space for about 50 rvs they also have Wi-Fi and most parking spots have a good size yard and the rv lot rent is a good price too for all bills paid
